Can I use a tinted biab for the pastel project? 

Also, can I buy the Staleks Micro Scissors ? Is that approved to use? I find it easier to use than the scissors you have in the package.

Apologies for the delayed feedback, The tinted biab po ba builder gel po ba ito, if builder gel na tinted, yes you can use po and then pwede niyo po siya patungan ng opaque pastel color po.

Regarding naman po sa Staleks Micro Scissors, the 90/1 po yes you can email your order po sa Nail Central Market para po sainyong order.
