The Enrollment and Student Success Specialist plays a dual role in driving student growth and ensuring learner satisfaction. You will serve as the first point of contact for prospective students, screening and guiding them through the enrollment process, while also providing continued support and engagement throughout the learning journey.
This position is vital in building strong relationships with students, promoting successful outcomes, and supporting internal educators in course delivery.
Responsibilities
- Screen and guide students from inquiry to enrollment.
- Monitor progress and follow up consistently.
- Prepare certificates and update records.
- Coordinate events, schedules, and sessions.
- Promote continued learning and course upgrades.
Must Have
- Senior high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with digital tools and systems
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
Nice to have
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- Customer service or admin work experience
- Ability to work independently with initiative
- Confident sales and enrollment conversion skills
