STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
This contract outlines the terms and agreements between ARTISANA NAIL INNOVATIONS INC., operating under the trade name RUSSIAN MANICURE PHILIPPINES and the participant (student) with details outlined below, enrolled in one of our offered courses.
1. Enrollment
1.1 The Provider agrees to provide the student access to the Russian Manicure Course. Silver Course Enrollees will have 30-day access to the course content from the date of enrollment, while Gold Course Enrollees will have 50-day access to the course content starting from the commencement of the class.
1.2 The student agrees to pay the required enrollment fee as outlined in the Course enrollment process.

1.3 Payment options for enrollment fees are as follows:
Option 1: Plan A
Full Payment - PHP 15,000
Option 2: Plan B
Upon Enrollment: PHP 8000
Second Payment: PHP 8000
Total: PHP 16, 000
Option 3: Plan C
Upon Enrollment: PHP 3,500
Second Payment: PHP 4,500
Third Payment: PHP 4,500
Fourth Payment: PHP 4,500
Total: PHP 17,000
1.3.1 Installment Due Dates
The due dates for each installment are outlined below. Students are required to make payments by the specified due dates. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of enrollment, removal of access to course content, and the inability to participate in assessments, 1:1 Live Coaching sessions, and project submissions. Non-compliance with payment terms will ultimately result in no certification being issued.
1.4 Balances should be paid through the invoices issued via email, which include multiple payment options such as debit or credit card, e-wallets (GCash, PayMaya), and online banking.
1.4.1 Payment Validation
All payment references must be sent to russianmanicureph@gmail.com for verification and validation. Failure to provide proof of payment may result in delays or issues with access to the course.
1.5 In the event that a student enrolls in a course that is not yet open for enrollment, the enrollment will be deemed invalid and subsequently canceled. Any payments made will be refunded; however, a cancellation fee equivalent to 10% of the total payment will be deducted prior to the refund being issued.
2. Commitment to Attendance and Deadlines
2.1 Participants commit to attending all sessions and meeting project deadlines. Failure to complete the course before the access period expires will result in no extensions, transfers of enrollment, or refunds of any kind, whether partial or full.
2.2 The Student agrees to participate actively in the Course, complete assigned tasks, engage in any required assessments or examinations, and consume the lessons following the course deadlines.
3. Course Content
3.1 All course content under the Course is delivered electronically and virtually.
3.2 For students under an installment plan, access to the Course will only be granted once full payment has been received.
3.3 The Provider reserves the right to modify the Course content, schedule, or materials as necessary, without prior notice.
3.4 The course is delivered in drip settings (Applicable to Gold Course Enrollees only), with particular dates and due dates for each module.
4. Live Coaching Call and Projects (Applicable to Gold Course Enrollees only)
4.1 Participants are entitled to one live 1:1 coaching call lasting 20 minutes. If a participant is unable to schedule this call by the deadline, they forfeit the opportunity for the live 1:1 coaching session.
4.2 All participants must complete all lessons, assignments, practices, and assessments within those lessons before their scheduled live 1:1 call. The live 1:1 coaching session will be automatically canceled if these requirements are not successfully completed.
4.3 All students must have all the required tools before the live 1:1 coaching call. The call is designed with these professional tools in mind, and it will be automatically canceled if different tools are used.
4.4 Participants are required to complete and submit five (5) projects before the designated deadline. Projects submitted past the deadline will not receive detailed video feedback. Instead, they will be provided with an evaluation form as feedback.
5. Additional Training or Readmission (Applicable to Gold Course Enrollees only)
5.1 In the event of failing any assessment, participants may be required to undergo additional training or readmission or recertification, subject to additional charges.
6. Use of Course Materials
6.1 Russian Manicure Philippines reserves the right to utilize all course projects and feedback from students for promotional purposes. All testimonials are given voluntarily by participants.
7. Purchase of Materials and Tools (Applicable to Gold Course Enrollees only)
7.1 Participants acknowledge that the course includes a basic professional tool kit. However, all other required tools must be purchased separately, and it is strongly recommended that these tools be sourced directly from Nail Central Market to ensure quality work. Projects and the 1:1 live coaching call will not proceed if the required tools are not available.
7.2 Tools will be shipped to enrolled students one week prior to the scheduled start date of the course.
8. Support and Communication (Applicable to Gold Course Enrollees only)
8.1 Support is provided for 50 days from enrollment. Participants are required to use the designated email for students and not the general customer service lines. Allow 24-72 business hours for responses.
9. Code of Conduct
9.1 The Student agrees to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner towards instructors and fellow students.
9.2 The Provider reserves the right to remove any Student from the Course for inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or academic dishonesty.
10. Refund Policy
10.1 Due to the nature of the courses being online and delivered immediately, refunds are not available. If the Student needs assistance, they should contact support.
10.2 Rescheduling enrollment to a different batch is not permitted. If a student is unable to attend the batch they are enrolled in, their payment will be forfeited. To join a future batch, a new enrollment and payment must be processed.
11. Non-Transferability
11.1 Enrollment in the course is strictly non-transferable. Students may not transfer their enrollment, course access, or any associated rights to another individual. If a student is unable to attend or complete the course, their enrollment and any payments made will be forfeited.
12. Breach of Agreement
12.1 Enrollment may be canceled if a participant breaches the agreement or as decided at our sole discretion from time to time.
13. Warranties, Disclaimers, and Liabilities
13.1 Russian Manicure Philippines makes no warranties or guarantees concerning the results of the course. Participants agree that Russian Manicure Philippines will not be responsible for any decisions made or not made by the participant, including any resulting loss or profit. Our liability for any losses incurred due to a breach of the terms is limited to the course fee paid at the time of enrollment.
14. Certificate Issuance
14.1 Certificate Issuance
Certificates will be issued using the full legal name provided during enrollment.
14.2 Identity Verification
A valid government-issued ID must be submitted at the time of enrollment to verify the student’s identity.
14.3 Business or Salon Names
Russian Manicure Philippines does not issue certificates under business or salon names. Certificates are strictly issued to individuals using their personal legal names.
14.4 All certificates will be issued exclusively online. From time to time, printed certificates may become available as a form of appreciation, but these are not guaranteed as part of the enrollment package.
15. Certification Verification and Maintenance
15.1 Russian Manicure Philippines reserves the right to conduct random assessments of a student's work post-certification. Should a student's work fail to meet the required standards, they may be required to undergo additional training or have their certification revoked.
15.2 Certification may also be revoked if a student's behavior, actions, or involvement in events negatively impact the reputation of Russian Manicure Philippines or its students and graduates.
16. Legal and Medical Disclaimer
16.1 Participants understand that the course content should not be taken as medical or legal advice.
17. Intellectual Property
17.1 All Course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, and instructional content, are the intellectual property of the Provider and may not be reproduced or distributed without explicit permission.
17.2 The Provider grants the Student a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Course materials solely for educational purposes.
18. Termination
18.1 The Provider may terminate this Agreement without prior notice if the Student breaches any material term of this Agreement and fails to remedy such breach within a reasonable time.
18.2 Upon termination, the Student shall no longer have access to the Course materials or resources.
19. Governing Law
19.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
20. Entire Agreement
20.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
